Just Paint Festival

Launched in 2018, Just Paint Festival turns towns across Brittany into open-air galleries, offering free access to large-scale street art. Rooted in over 30 years of collective involvement in graffiti culture, the festival highlights the value of urban art while celebrating the cultural, historical, and architectural character of each location.

With more than 200 artists from around the world and over 170 works completed across the region, the festival has grown into a cultural landmark and a driver of tourism. Each mural is created with respect for its environment, giving both urban and rural spaces a fresh perspective.

A signature element is the Graffiti Nomad Tour, which features guided “Wall-to-Wall Walks.” These immersive tours connect visitors with artists, local history, and live painting in progress. By involving residents and local communities, Just Paint fosters dialogue, cultural exchange, and a shared sense of identity, making it one of France’s most dynamic street art events.
